Help... Truck wont start

I was told earlier in the week that I needed to download the latest version to my 7160 for 2003 f250 6.0L which I did no problem. Tuned the 65hp economy to my vehicle. Said 65hp install complete and to unplug. Now nothing, truck wont turn over. Need it tomarrow Please help
