frozen intune trying to restore vehicle please help

tried restoring my original backup and it went to 100% everything was good until it froze and its stuck on 100% and the spinner stopped spinning what do I do? please advise I don't want my battery to die or lose my backup tune

if it made it to 100%, its safe to go ahead and unplug it.

What vehicle are you tuning?
