Doe's tire size have to be entered every time you load tune ? I went from 91 to 93 tune and did not enter tire size. My RT has the stock 245 45 20" tires ? If its not correct will it affect performance ?

No, if you changed tire size, you only have to do it once, or after you restore the backup.
