2011 Durango trinity fan settings

I just installed trinity did back up of tune n installed jet 180 t stat but when I load tunes n modify them with fan settings if doesn't work I put fans to start hs 193.99 and ls at 188.99 and I only have three settings 2 ac on n ac off . When Durango is cold it stays at 180-195 but after driving for a while it goes as high as 226 then it cools back n forth from 210-226. Help please this is same range 210-226 with stock thermostat.
