  I use Diablo trinity for a 2012 jeep friend.
after making adjustments impossible to get into the performance menu it says:

"This tool was used to flash a "unknown tool" with "modify stock tune".
the original backup must be restored to that vehicle before tuning another vehicle is possible"

donc si je comprend bien, tu as tenté d'utiliser le Trinity sur la jeep d'un ami alors qu'il est déjà "marrié" à un autre véhicule (le tiens peut etre..)
On ne peut tuner qu'un seul véhicule à la fois avec le Trinity
donc, il faut dabord que tu fasses un "restore original backup" sur le véhicule avec lequel il est "marrié"
cette manip va faire un "reset" au Trinity pour que tu puisses l'utiliser sur un autre véhicule.

Je ne sais pas si c'est ce que tu demande ici.

Salut, merci de ton intérêt a mon soucis.

En fait, le Trinity est celui de mon ami, il me la passé pour essayer d'affiner les réglages de sa jeep et découvrir un peu ce produit qui a l'air bien sympa.
J'ai effectué quelques modifications pour faire des essais mais maintenant, impossible de modifier ou effectuer un "original backup" ... Le Trinity ne reconnaît plus la jeep sur laquelle les "modifs" ont été faites

c'est pour cela que Mikel demandait à ce que tu les appelles avec le Trinity branché à la jeep.
J'ai déjà eu à faire à lui au téléphone justement avec mon Trinity branché à mon pickup et très bon contact. Grace à lui, j'ai pu débloquer l'option gestion de la boite auto qui n'apparaissait pas.
Il y a 6 heures de décalage entre la Floride et nous c'est à dire quand il est midi chez nous, la bas il est 06h00 du mat.
Pour le coup, je ne peux rien faire de plus pour résoudre ton problème, il y a surement une manip à faire que seul Mikel connait.

J'avais trouvé leur adresse et vu du coup pour le décalage horaire. J'ai appelé une première fois hier mais je n'ai pas eu Mikel et n'ai pas réussi à dialoguer correctement car mon anglais est plutot "scolaire" ...à lire en prenant mon temps ok mais à parler !!!
On à réessayés en soirée avec un pote qui d'habitude arrive à dialoguer mais même problème de communication avec notre interlocuteur !!

je vais faire le relever d'infos que me demande Garrett et je vous tiens informés

Did you just buy the tool? My best suggestion would be to exchange the tool with the dealer you purchased from. Sounds like the tool was used on a vehicle previously.

It worked normaly for setting this car before it locks
this is the same car that has been modified with this tools but now, it doesn't want to do the original backup

if another car had been tuned previously , I couldn't normaly change the settings for this one (a Jeep) like i did, could i
