Dear mods,
Using my U7140 DS 2.2.2.6, I am having some difficulty loading from the predator to my pc.
At "Get the tune file frpm tool", I press the button and I get "device does not appear to have a back-up or last tune.Select ok to continue or cancel to abort.

My last tune written is the original back-up.

Anyone know why it can't locate it.

The tool is connecting fine and I am on the main menu.

With the last tune written showing an original backup, that means the vehicle was restored last. To save a copy you must write a tune to the vehicle so the Predator will save a copy of the backup.
