get message .....bootup string missing/VPP issue trying to take this programmer off so i can install my intune

i have the tool hooked to my pc is there anyway i can have it rebooted it says last tune did not finish..

so there is no way to drive my truck untill i send my programmer to you and wait for it to get back... or is there a way for me to force the intune to program my truck while i send this to you to be reset/fixed.. i have a meet this weekend and just put alot of money into my truck to be there

so from what i read i have to pay $99 just to get my truck back to stock from using your predator programmer so i can install my new intune programmer.... is there anyway i can put it back to stock with my intune and just throw the predator away have no use for it now.... and dont want to wait 30 days with my truck down

how long have you had the tool? Did you purchase it new?

bought it used and have always loved it untill i went to upgrade and now i cant return to stock i have modified the tune many times with the up grades i have done i dont care about the money i just want my truck to be drivable just spent 5k on a vortech and intercooler setup and snow is coming fast lol

i work at a dodge dealership going to try do a generic reflash now see if it will set everything to stock and i can go from there who would you suggest for my basic forced induction tune till i can get it to ct and put it on the dyno this spring.. thanks for any help
