I have a file in my Diablosport directory with the following name: DSDownloarder.chm

Can anyone tell me what the file is?

If the new version of the Downloader allows you to get files from the Predator and send files to the Predator, why do you need the GM E40 PC interface program to do it?

DSDownloader.chm is a Windows Help file. You should be able to open it just fine, either from within DSDL or from Windows Explorer via "Open". What kind of system do you have? CHM files should be supported on Windows 98, XP and Vista. This Wikipedia Article explains it in more depth, and has links to some viewers. The viewer that comes with Windows should be working just fine.

As for the separate apps for loading tunes into Predators - these apps are currently being merged into DSDL and will disappear shortly. Until that time, continue to follow the instructions on the downloads page for your particular Predator.
