Need Help On This

Went to retune today and this came up. Said to send it in. Won't let me tune anything. Please help.

what vehicle are you running it on. I had the same issue with my 2011 Dodge durango when I tried to restore it to factory before taking it in to the dealer. It kept coming up saying vehicle not supported. I plugged it into my laptop and ran the update. It said there were no updates yet that still fixed it.

2008 GMC Sierra SLT. Stills shift like I had it set to. Seems like it didn't restore the back up. Same here , took it in for a check up and went to reinstall said it has been tuned by Diablo and send it to support.
