upgrading my predator u7137

hi i have had my programmer for years but i had never upgraded it i download the u7137-9r14 file but i dont kno what else todo am i suppose to download something else to open it?? please hellppp!!!....

On the downloads page, make sure you have the drivers and the DS Downloader installed to the computer. Once the DS Downloader is installed, you'll click Update Tool on the express tune mode to load the file.
