Intune error message

I Tried getting the up date to my intune after it said my truck was not in the device (2012 Ram r/t) so I plugged it in and it said it updated but the I plugged it in to my truck and it said it hadn't been calibrated. So I tried updating it once again and it showed me an error message saying status unavailable for application. Serial CIJGODB-1

please post a copy of your Info.xml file off the intune drive.

I'd suggest giving us a call with the tool powered up, plugged into the computer.
