2007 Doge Ram 2500 question

Hello,
I currently have a predator U7135 which I had used for my 06 charger and an 09 challenger. I want to see if I can use this for my brothers Ram. It is a 2007 Dodge Ram 2500HD with a 5.7 hemi. But I can't find a listing for a download for those options. The 2500 only lists the 5.9L diesel. Can I use this predator for his truck? and what tune should I download? The only thing he really wants to try it for is to decrease the excessive shifting while driving.
