Trinity locking up when I get to page 5 loading gauges 2 log

I have a 2009 Dodge Challenger SRT8. My Trinity says it has the 1r10f crom, part: dcx_gas, born: 12/03/2013, Calid: 68004308AG and my correct Vin. #. When I load the gauges (PID's) that my Tuners wants my Trinity will lock up when I get to page 5 and all the PID's are not showing up that in need. I have to unplug it to get it to work again. It will also lock up if I try to edit 07-up tuner and hemi gauge layout. It will data log if I hit record on one of the 07-up gauge layout but if I try to change pages it will lock up. Does anybody know what going on and how to fix this problem? Thanks for any help.

it only locks up when you scroll to page 5?
what if you just let it record without going to page 5?

when I'm setting up my own gauge layout everytime I get to page 5 it will lock up. I'm only putting 4 small gauges per page. I can log with one of the pre loaded layout like the 07-up tuner or the 07-up hemi but if I try to change the page up or down it will freeze up. Tried building a new gauge layout 8 times and froze up on page 5 each time. At least I can knock out a gauge layout in no time due to all the practice.

Would be nice if it work like it's suppose to though. Any suggestions and/or help would be cool. Thanks, Mike

Mine will freeze on page 2 or anytime it feels. I wish i only had the page 5 problem. Let me know how you make out, i hope you can find a fix and pass it on to others. I can't edit the gauge pages even to take out the the one PID that was suggest to fix issue(injector Pulse CYC1). It freezes while editing and creating. I made 3 pages and it took 12 times, give up and will go at it another time.

I tried loading one gauge per page with a pid I haven't used before and locked up again on page 5. I tried to log again using 07-up layouts again and didn't scroll through pages but locked up when I tried to exit this log. Still not able to see all my PID's that my tuner asked for that I mention I my earlier post.
Edit: I meant to put 1 gauge per page with a PID I haven't used before.

mine will freeze up when I record a log. it logs fine then when I click save log it freezes up. Preloaded tuner log and 07up hemi log erase themselves for no reason all of a sudden they are gone

So now there are 3 of us out of 1000's of units..... Hope they can look into it. Tough to determine the PID causing it when i cant move or edit anything. I have asked for help already in different threads and forums, no luck. I think there are a lot more people with the same issue its just they don't try to use the log or gauges. Took me a dozen times to get the log to save for Johan. I wish he was doing support, he is amazing! Fast as hell and awesome at it!! There is something definitely causing the lock/freezing..... Mine freezes when you switch to any page, not just the page 4 and 5. Absolutely unable to edit at all... FROZEN till i unplug.

I have erased the injector pulse width PID and it logs fine now. I also have switched to the 1r10 crom from 1r10c and my preloaded gauge layouts have not erased yet either. While running crom c after erasing the pulse width PID would still freeze if the car was not running all I had was the key turned on while I made a gauge layout. If you quickly erase both pulse width PID's it will log and save just fine, that is if you have not lossed all the pre loaded gauge layouts. When I went back to 1r10 the pre loaded gauge layouts came back so maybe try that?
