INTUNE wont log

2013 GT500 just did 2.4 pulley and went to setup log and when I start logging all the pids are stuck at max values. Tried saving it anyway maybe the intune just wasn't displaying it and open the log and it says critical error no data. Going to log it with an X3 now so i can get this car done today.
