Trinity doesn't work. Only red light

Hi guys, i'm Alessandro from Italy. I bought trinity for my 07 Jeep SRT. When i connect to the car nothing happens, only a red light is on but display is off. I also tried to connect to PC after downloading drivers for Windows and change system language but nothing. Only a red light in on. How can i do now?? Please help.

sounds like that tool may have an issue. I would suggest filling out the return authorization form on our site, under support.

They send me a new tool, but after installing drivers when appear uploading CROM to load update tune on the tool, the process hangs and i have to restart the application. But when i did it only a red light appeared and i exchange the tool. any advice?? thank you very much

you were able to do this on 2 different tools?
