Backup in tool appear to be corrupt!

NEED support over here !
My t1000 was working fine since almost a year but i suddenly got this error
Cant modify any tune or load or put back my OEM tune!
the other error is " Not tuning vehicle because of backup (4)
ill attach my original backup tune
please help me

Could you tell me which number to call and what is the best time to call since phone calls are really expensive from my country can't stay for a long time on hold .
