No drives and auto play not popping up

Just got my intune today when I plug it into my 09 ram 1500 hemi and try to write vehicle and turn my key on it it says. PCM calibration for 1d3hv18t39s708681 might need an update. Check for a calibration update. But when I plug it into my computer it doesn't pic up the device at all. The auto play doesn't pop up I looked threw my computer drives and nothing shows up for the intune.

My best suggestion would be to give us a call with the tool powered up at the computer and we'll give you some assistance.

And I've tried it on 3 computers and the computers don't even pick up the device at all. I've tried calling support and there's a ridiculous wait time already. Is there anything else you can think of?

USB cable seated fully in the receptacle?

do you see the drives under computer?
