Will Not tune truck, help

Hello, I have a 2009 GMC Sierra 1500 with a 6.0L and the 6 speed Trans. I have the intune tuner. I plugged it in to my truck and it said it needs a TCM update. It went through and update the TCM, then it said hook it up to a computer with internet. I did that and it updated as normal. Then tried it again in truck and it went through the motions just the same as before. Said updated the TCM, it has never tried to tune my vehicle at all. Now when hooking back to computer its giving me calibration codes and says contact tech support. Which I did but no response yet, so thought I'd try my luck here.
