2013 Dodge Charger is dead Please Help!

Upon trying to restore original back up it stopped half way through and now the car won't start. Got PCM error: unable to restore original back up (-1). I have tried using a jump box hooked up under the hood and it still didn't work. Any info about battery in the trunk? I ask because Vas thought I may have lost voltage during the tune but it did the same thing with/without jump box connected under the hood. The programmer is unable to read VIN in the trouble shooting area and I have the newest update for the Trinity. How can I resolve this?

Gonna have to call Tech Support on Monday and force it.

That is actually great news. I was told the only thing I could do was send in PCM or to bring it to a dealer. I'll call bright and early to see what I have to do. I have seen some things online about using demo mode. Is this worth a try? What are the steps?

demo mode is just that, an on-screen demo.. it doesn't actually read/write anything to the vehicle.. so that will do nothing for you....

you will need to call them monday morning...

it's a common issue in 2013 and may happens in 2014 models

you gotta do two things:

go to dealership and ask him to reset your pcm

and call diablo support to reset your tool
