My intune tuner is not recognized by my computer.When I plug it in it will come on and that is all.I look for it in devices and it is not there.What could possibly be the problem,I tried it on both laptops one with windows 7 and the other with windows 8.

it may need to come in for a fix if it wont show up on either PC...

So what is the process to get it to you to have it repaired?
