2014 SRT Jeep Errors

Not sure if this is related to the other SRT Jeep owners, I have a 2014 SRT JGC bought the DCX Intune all updates are current. Ran the tuner, it backed up the original configuration file no problem installed the tune. Went to adjust the tire size when it responded with errors, it attempted to restore the back up and failed when trying to write the tire size. Now I am stuck, cant tune it, cant restore it. Not sure if this is coincidence or not but now my adaptive suspension control is no longer working, its like driving a ridged chopper now. Made appointment with the dealer..

try disconnecting the battery for 15 min, and try restoring again.
