inTune Locking up.

I just received my new inTune i 1000 today and made sure it was up to date and registered.

When I select a tune it backed up the ECM just fine but when it gets to backing up the TCM it hangs at 100 percent.

Getting frustrated because I have been on hold for over an hour now!

2013 Camaro SS, L99 6.2 V8, Automatic trans.

Please help.....

if you're still on hold you can hang up.. they close at 6pm eastern time....

9am - 6pm eastern standard time are their working/office hours...

I have the exact same problem with the exact same car. intune is updated to the latest and greatest software as well.
Please help. It doesn't matter which tune i pick it does the same thing each time.

please load the attached file to the intune drive and let the tool reboot then try it again.

I have already done that. Didn't help!!! Created the runtime folder but its empty.

Same here. I also noticed that if I go into the settings and look at the firmware info or just browes around it will lock up on me as well.

we are looking into this, should be a simple fix since it is the same issue for both tcms.

this update should resolve this for you, load it to the intune drive, let the tool import it, then go to the car and tune away.
