tc not really off

Hi i have a 2013 300c 5.7 hemi...i installed 91 tune with traction off and in quick adj. The lights appear on my dash but i can still feel/hear the brakes holding me back off a start when full throttle i cant even do a burnout :-( any idea on wht the issue could be thanks

That would be great i mean i paid alot of money and thats the main reason i got it because i hate tc

I just picked up a Trinity 1000 today and updated it and installed din in my 2011 Challenger R/T 5.7 I installed the 91 octane tune, then I tried to shut off the TC and it tells me to turn the car off then it does its thing turn the car back on and then it says failed.
