I have an 02 ford lightning, my predator previously had V.8r10 on it and everything was fine but I decided to update it to 9r03. Now the screen is blank when plugged in. I have re-installed the driver from the website multiple times. It gets to the popup screen "update complete" "wait for tool to reboot" The tool never reboots I have waited for about 1.5hrs made sure the port and tool baud rate were at 115200, 8 bits with 1*** I forgot the name. I have also tried with the compressed send checked and still no luck. Help?

remember the part where you said everything was fine....if it aint broke...

Gonna have to try reloading the 8r10 crom from that page.
