lasttune did not finish

Just bought a used tuner and when i plugged it in it says last tune did not finish. Where do i go from here? Thanks.Its for a 2007 v6 mustang never been tuned before

return it.
It is married to another vehicle and will cost $129 to have it unlocked.
DO NOT plug it into your vehicle and proceed, or it will restore someone else's stock tune to your pcm and render the vehicle useless.

Well if its only 130 to fix it id rather do that since i only paid 50 for it. So what steps do i need to take to get it to work with my car for the 130 dollars. Thanks for the quick reply!
