Problems with Tuner

I sent an email to Mike earlier, and I'm posting here also just in case. Here is the email I sent Mike:

Hi Mike! Help!

OK, I plugged in the i-1000 to my C7 Corvette Stingray W/Z-51 Package. As it started to copy the original tune there was a message that flashed "may need to update tuner", but it gave me an option to continue anyway. I did, it copied the tune, but would not let the Diablo write the 93 can tune.

It gave me another message to send you a copy of an "Unknown PCM." So, I've attached the info and PCM for your review. The car apparently defaulted back to the original tune, but didn't start immediately. There was a few minute delay and then it cranked and seems to be running ok. I hope we can get this resolved quickly...I've always enjoyed Diablo and the customer service!

HI Mike,

The tuner is updating since I added your file...I will post here once it's completed and I have added the tune to my car.

Mike,

I added your file, the tuner updated...I plugged it in and the same crap.

It keeps saying I may need an update and then when it tries to save the original tune, it fails with "Contact Diablo Support."

ell, it seems this is an entirely new calibration, that requires a new template on our end, so it might take a little time to add this one.

Good Morning Mike,

I tried to add the GM file another time after it installed hoping it might take and save all of us more time, but again it failed to save the original backup and saved the "unknown PCM" with a notice to send it to you guys.

So, here are the latest files for your engineers to work with.

Is there any updates ready for my Corvette Stingray 2014 yet? I've had the tuner over a week now and unable to use it...please keep me posted.

Just waiting for the new template to be created, unfortunately is the most time consuming and difficult part of what we do here
