Product Registration Issue

Connected the DCX to my PC. It loaded the drivers and appears to have updated itself. It presented the registration window and I entered my info. Never received the reg code (and still haven't). Got tired of waiting and unplugged the DCX, did the tuning - that seems to have gone OK - and then plugged the DCX back into my PC to see what the Intune app really did. However, each time I launch the app, the Registration web page pops up and when I enter my info, it tells me the unit is already registered (?) AND it locks up the Intune app itself (constant (Not Responding) message).

The unit itself reports:
