Straight dead please help ASAP

Hello installed tuner 3 weeks ago everything went fine loaded 91 tune in with no issues. I installed original tune to take car into dealer to have them flash launch control. All fine. I finally got cat back exhaust installed catch can cold air intake installed. Today I installed 180 degree thermostat. Went to install 91 tune I changed all fan settings 20 degree lower then went to load tune it failed. Said load original so ok I went to load original and it failed. Now I'm dead car won't start tuner won't load original. Please help have to go to work this afternoon and car won't do anything. Car is a 2013 Chrysler 300 srt8. Intune dcx

Hello I had to take it to dealer yesterday because of work couldn't miss. So dealer was able to flash it and get it running but tuner still in recovery mode. Gonna need help I'm afraid to hook it up to my car in fear of losing it again. Car is running a little hit because fans not kicking on till stock settings. So the 180 degree tstat wants to stay open.

up to you, but i'd suggest sending the tool in for us to check it out before using it again.

got tuner back yesterday. So today i was able to load a 91 tune successfully. working with Johan for custom tune.
