2013 jeep grand cherokee srt8 won't start emegency

I plug in the t100 device and it goes thru the writing process the it says
PCM: original backup write failed -1
Now my truck won't start and I'm stranded at the market parking lot

try to disconnect the negative battery cable for 10 minutes, then reconnect and see if it starts..
if not, you're stuck until tomorrow when diablo techs are back in the office.. 9am - 6pm eastern standard time... 1- 561- 908- 0040

I disconnected it for 10 min and it's still the same you think the computer might of un programmed?
