Help. All I get from my intune is "Disk Check"

Just got the intune. Plugged it into my computer and it says that I need drivers to get started. When I say ok, it says that it cant find any online. No autorun option ever comes up. Then the device says Disk Check. When i press continue to works on it for about 15 minutes and then freezes. What am I doing wrong?
