I just received my inTune today and I adjusted my Parameters. Drove the truck and it was fine. I wanted to adjust my parameters and now its freezing up. I tried to restore my vehicle and it is showing that ECU has no backup? Can someone help me with this please?

I registered the tool and I received an activation code. However, there was no box to enter the activation code. I have also cleared the updates and reinstalled it. Still has no luck. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

there is a box on the reg form that the auto-updater pops up where you need to put the code....

as for your other issue, you'll need to wait until monday when they are back in the office... Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm eastern time...

A box never popped up. It seems impossible to get a hold of these guys. Hopefully they can fix this issue soon. Thanks Lew! I just want it to work right so I can get a custom tune from you sir!

please give us a call with the tool powered up in the vehicle so we can get you going.
