Future updates

Just ordered my Intune and will go through the original update process. Will then load tune into '13 Vette and make adjustments. My question is on future updates to the s/w. The tune is in the car already, so how do you get updates from the tool downloaded online to the car? Does the car need to be returned to stock tune and then the "updated" tune reinstalled? I can't find anything on this in the manual or forum. Logically, I don't see any other way of doing it, unless there is a provision just to add updates to the tune already loaded in the car.
Had a Predator for my '06 Vette and really liked it. And always found support both here and on Corvette Forum topnotch. Thanx for your help! Looking forward to getting the Intune this week.

tunes won't be updated, so no need to reinstall anything to the car.. the updates will be for new vehicle/calibration support added, bug fixes for any tool issues, etc... but the tunes themselves won't be updated.. so like I say, there will be no need to reinstall them to the car... no need to restore the original backup stock tune to the car first before doing updates with the intune...
here's the full intune user manual so you can start reading up on it..

I tried to print or save, but I can't do anything with it except page up or down. There is the little hand showing and either right or left click just pages down. No tool bar of any kind. I've never seen an adobe file like this one with no provisions to do anything with it.
Success! Saved as "target" to desktop and opened in standard file format for adobe. PITA, but it worked.
