Code 19 help plz

Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

What do i do? i go to devise manager and there are cautions and tool isnt loading etc.

wont properly eject either?

the "registry" is the Windows registry, not the tool.. so sounds like you have issues with your PC...

try installing the driver here:

Thanks been having an issue with my dvd cd rom drive for like a year and i tried everything, i didn't know it would be connected till you mentioned it so i spent like 8 hrs and it turned out to be the wife's Samsung kies program lol. I deleted it then restarted and the driver self fixed through windows ha ha thx for your time.
