Password for my InTune???

Why can't I calibrate my touch screen settings or force updates. It keeps asking me for a password I dont have. The previous screen displays a series of numbers and letter but they dont work. How can I key in a password I never created?

because those functions are not something you can do yourself.. those codes are what you would have to give to a diablo tech over the phone, and they would give you the password response to it to enter...

if you have issues where it's asking you to do that, you need to call tech support...they are the only ones that can get you into that stuff and tell you what to do in there...
