How about you fix my problem that your tool created ...if you cant fix it I expect a cheque for the pcm reflash at my dealership plus my time
And a full refund on your very defective product ..this should be on you guys not the store I bought it from

Im not ignoring anything.
I have been trying to find a fix for this or to duplicate it here in an effort to resolve it.
I dont want to keep having you try things when the tool is failing in an effort to keep you from having a downed vehicle again for any amount of time.
