pcm calibration update?

I have a 2013 dodge avenger v6. I plug in the intune and during the step where it tells you to turn the key to on position it ask for a calibration update.i updated the latest version on the computer but it still ask for a calibration update. Now when I plug into the computer it comes up with a error page

unfortunately you have the wrong tool there, you need an I-1000-DCX tool.

? I ordered for a 13 dodge avenger, and they sent me the I-000. you mean like a mix up when it was ordered

k thanks is there any way you can point me in the direction of where or who to talk to about returning and getting the right I-000 dcx

just contact the retailer you got it from
