I just bought a used U7135 that was unmarried. I have a 2006 Chrysler 300C. The crom that was on it was 9r281. I went to Diablo website and saw there was a newer version the 9r30, I went to update it, it stopped at around 80% and the Predator screeen said "Unable to store CROM image". So further reading that the new one does not work with older vehicles, so I read the 9r12 does work with it so I tried that one, again it stopped around 80% and said "Unable to store crom image" but now this time I booted up the Predator it said "Application is Missing or Corrupt". So then further research I found updating the crom without powering it with this site http://www.chargerforumz.com/archive/in ... 65043.html. So I tried it again with the 9r30 and it said "unable to store crom image", so then tried the 9r12 again and it too said "unable to store crom image" and when I boot up the Predator it still says "Application is Missing or Corrupt". What do I do? any ideas?

we were able to get this resolved by phone. Turns out it couldnt take a file newer than 9r09.crom.

the file is attached here if anyone else comes across this issue.

Huh? Which ones can't take older than 9r09? I thought they could all take 9r12?

yeah, that's what I thought too until actually trying to update this tool personally. Really weird, but we were able to get it going with no file newer than 9r09. Just like Mike said, this tool must've been pretty old.

i have a quick question about the u7135 i am using the 9r27 would be able to install anything old for my 2006 magnum ?

9r27 should have support for the 05-09 Hemi cars.
