I tried restoring my original back up and it fails to restore with Error -1.

I know it is Saturday but this is my only driver and it wont start... Please Help!!

Sorry bud. But your stuck till they open on Monday. This happened to me and I had to send my ecu to them. But they have sent a update out that helps but they have to be on the phone with you to do it.

I just wanted to say thanks to the DS support team.

I sent my PCM in and got it back in 2 days.

we were able to see what happened and why, and Im confident you wont have any issues moving forward.

Greetings, I have the same problem with my 2013 Dodge Charger SRT8, trying backup factory setting and stopped half way at 54% and it fails to restore with Error -1 also. Please let me know where should I send the ECU to be fixed. Please help. Thanks in advance.

we can fix this by updating the device, pelase call with the tool plugged into a pc.

Thanks for your response. At what time you all close for the day? I am in Pacific Time. That way I can schedule to get out of work and be at home to call you guys with the tool connected to my PC.
