srt8tune for cai and cat back with 93 octane 10% ethanol

I have a 2012 srt8 dodge challenger with 6sp, k&n can and dynomax cat back. I typically run the Diablo sport (93 octane) tune with 5-15% throttle speed addition. Should I add any fuel (% and rpm range)?
