To Mike at Diablosport
New to all of this forum/texting stuff ,old school telephone. If I am doing it wrong, bear with me and let me know and I will learn.
I just purchased an intune I-1000.
Having problems with the 1st step, "auto update software".
I plugged the devise in via usb.
It looks like it is working. InTune Updater interface window comes up.
Bar graph goes across, bottom says something like Downloading GM 1ro1y etc etc,
than loads ford something( bar goes across), than the bar just stays across, bottom says "Downloading: Calibration Tune, and Adjustable parameters data dcx_tunes-1r01d.itf.
It has been sitting like that from 4:30 pm to now 7:42 pm.
Top of window says inTune Updater (not Respond...
I called and was told sometimes it can take an hour.
I am going to just let it sit over night or until I get an answer.
Also look like the tunes folder is empty not sure what that means.
I am going to attach the info.file because what I have seen on the forum.

I unplugged the device and plugged it back in and it ran thru everything.
Now I just waiting for the e-mail to finish registering.
