your tuner i just bought will not allow the tune of my car it has the 5.7 hemi and it told me i may need an update so i did that and it still wont allow a tune

please post the info.xml file from the intune drive and we'll check it out.

its not requesting an update, what exactly does it day when toy try to tune it?

i dont remember exactly but its something like not compatible for this vehicle please check for an update

click the check mark, then follow the instrucrtions and plug into a PC to get the update...

I've already have done all that

its not requesting an update in the file you posted, so you'll either need to try it again, or the update has already been loaded to the tool and needs to be loaded to the car.

I tried all that but I suppose I can try it again, ill get back to you with the results

K here's what happened it plugged in and go got to the tune vehicle,scan,setting screen, so I clicked tune vehicle then it said determining vehicle blah blah, then said PCM calibration for 2b3ka43h98h185849 might need an update, check for calibration update then I hit the check mark then it said please plug this intune to a pc with Internet access and I hit okay and that's it. So all in all I have a fully updated intune that won't tune my 2008 dodge charger with the hemi

OK, did you plug it into a PC and let it get the update it is looking for sir?

Its working exactly as I was confident it would, you just need to follow the instructions to complete the process

It's completely updated, you even said yourself the file I sent you said it was fully updated and it still won't tune my car

sir, the tool is up to date. The up to date tool is telling you to plug it into a PC to get an update for your car. I am not sure why you want to insist its not working when I am clearly telling you everything is going as planned, if you follow the instructions on the tool, plug into a pc and get the update, then load that update to the car, you will indeed be able to tune it.
