I have a 7146 tuner with 9r01 and only have the option for the diablo performance tune. I have my o2 sensors off and dont want to loose that option. My mods are jlt cold air , offroad x pipe, magnaflow magnapacks exhaust. The car is a 99 gt auto. I am not feeling much difference in performance withthis tune. How do I make the necessary changes for my mods?

you could look into a custom tune...not much needed except maybe dialing in the MAF curve for the CAI.

Is there any way of doing that myself? What is the result of more air? What parameters would change?
