original back up file missing

I flashed the 91 octane tune in my 2014 Charger 5.7L Hemi. Everything seemed to work, however when I check to tool to see vehicle info i get an message that says "Unable to determine VIN and Calibration ID. Using Last Vehicle info." What does this mean and where can I find my original back up so that I can save it externally just in case. I have the latest version of the software - 1r03x and the DIABLODCX-DCX_TUNES-1r01o tuner package.

This has me concerned that I will not be able to flash back to stock. Does anyone have an answer that can help?

sounds like there could be a connectivity issue, sure it was in run mode?
