Please help my 2014 dodge challenger V8 5.7 wont start

Friday morning I reset my car back to the original settings following the instructions "how to restore your vehicle's stock factory settings" I had no issues can ran perfect to and back home. I plugged the device back into my car to tune my car with the diablo tune and I got the following message:
1. An error as occurred while performing original back up.

I tired again here are more mssg I received from your product:
1.I Tune is in recovery mode press yes to continue.
2. Last tune failed to install the original back up will now be restored to the vehicle I followed the steps but I keep getting the above message "1. An error as occurred while performing original back up."


My car will not start I have a 2014 dodge challenger V8 5.7 liter my fear I will have to take it to the dealer and have them flash the engine unsure what will happen please help asap.

I updated the current soft ware I have tried several times and keep getting the same message.

I sent all the files to Garrett I am waiting for a response its 1240PM my time here in cali.

So i have a 2014 Charger Rt and i installed the Diablo tune thru the Intune DCX. It worked fine the first time i installed it but then i went in to make more modifications to the tune, which i was tracking you could do simply. When it said the tune was complete the car would not crank. How can I get my car to crank without me having to put it back to the stock tune because that is exactly what i had to do just to get it to crank again.
