on a 04 mustang gt
Using the canned diablo performance tune, how much timing needs to be pulled, via the tuner increments(-1-to-40), to run 87 octane on the performance tune?
how much timing does the performance tune have added over the factory stock tune?

ok, 5 degrees retarded to run 87. Thanks for that.
But, what i need to know is how to do that on the predator. I understand its a % value, not a timing value.
To retard timing in the 2-7k rpm range, where between -1 and -40 do i need to move the cursor?
-5 -10 -15 -20...etc which will get me the 5 degrees?

No, it just says spark advance on a scale of +10 to -40
Its predator v.7r50d
Im just looking to put the diablo tune to stock timing to run 87. Since this version has the glitch that wont allow me to set my rear ratio for 3.73s on the factory hp tune, and i dont want to update bc i need this old tune to Kill my rear O2 sensors.
The diablo tune accepts the 3.73 gear change for my speedo, just want stock timing, but dont want to retard it past stock timing
