Not tuning vehicle because of backup 4

I have just purchased a U7137 from a friend and am trying to program my 2007 dodge ram with the 4.7. It says it is v.9r13 and born 10/28/2011. When I tried it said not tuning because of backup 4 and the dash of the truck is saying no buS. Under info it said the truck may have a tune in it already but I bought the truck brand new and have never made any modification or tunes to it. Help Please

I got the first problem figured out support said I needed to update to 9r14 after doing that now the predator is saying throwing original backup not saved -11 because of a PCM error prepare read -1. 3;30-8;45, 10 minutes in the truck and 3 hours on the pc sorting out drivers and no progress.

I will try and give yall a call tomorrow around 4 here in western KY after work hopefully we can get it working.
