black tuning chips

i am very well aware of the fact that the black cmr chips are almost impossible to find. my question is can i program the red delta chip with a cmr custom tune and use it like i would a black one? the reason i ask is that i still tune alot of early 4 cylinder fords that need a chip in the computer. can i program the delta chip with an existing custom cmr tiune that i have created? if so do i use the cmr burner or the delta chip burner? thank you for any insight you can share with me. i'm down to my last black chip and am desperate, lol.

delta stuff is dead....they will not load .frg files either.
