updating problems

I tried to updated my intune before I reinstalled to my 09 gmc 5.3l . when I plugged it in to my computer autorun didn't run .
I got an "error code 12175" any help with this is greatfull.
tried on diff. computers same thing .

its been updating for the last 5 hrs. and still updating could this be normal?

LOL................Get used to it. Mine always takes forever to update but never that long. Have you ever updated it before or is this the first time? I know my first set of updates took almost two hours.
