updating problems

completely lost.... followed instructions right out of the box and this message keeps coming up...... "the current firmware revision (1r03t) cannot be replaced by the firmware package within group_update_0"
what does this mean and what do I need to do to fix this. I aint too computer smart so bare with me please

Im getting the same thing. They had server problems. Hopefully it will get fixed.

load this file to the intune drive, and let it update, then let the updater run and it will work properly

Ok so when I download this file I open the intune drive and drag and drop it in the same file as the intune exe?

put the file on the intune drive then let it update, then run the updater.

how long does it take a new intune I-1000-DCX to update. its been at like 99% for 30 min or longer...

I did what you suggested and this message came on the screen
"the current firmware revision (1r04b) cannot be replaced by the firmware package within InTune-1r03y.itf

that means you didnt actually load the 1r03y file I posted in the link earlier first.
try that and it will work.

there is plenty of space on the intune drive, you may be looking at the diablosport cd rom drive, thats not where you put it

This thing is such a pain in the arse to use. It would be awesome if you guy could make this thing update without us having to come here over and over again to make it update. 1hr update process is absurd. No offense, Im just saying.

I agree with the above. I just tried this file and it wont overrite my application version. It gives me the firmware error and cannot replace. Im on 1r04c. Currently my vehicle is bricked and wont start.

run the updater again to correct this.
