I had the intune connected to the comp to get datalogs off, so i figured i'll update the intune. After a while it wrote the 2 files, and verified them. As soon as it finished verifying, i got this message: "the current firmware revision (1r03x) cannot be replaced by the firmware package within Group_Update_o" Is this ok/normal, and if it is, will i have problems updating from here on out, with the next revisions? Thanks!!

PS firmware info looks like this:

load this file to the intune drive then after it updates run the updater and it will work.

I got that same message but later it updated OK even without loading that attached file.

Well not working. message says the current firmware 1r04b cannot be replaced by the firmware package within in tune 1r03y.itf.

If I try to tune I get a message of an unexpected failure and tries to write a failure report. I am unable to change any tune at this time.

Is 1r04b a later version than 1r03y? the updaters says I have the latest firmware.

if not, explain exactly how and where to copy the latest firmware.

when looking at my firmware under settings, I have for GM 1r02a

typhoon, I don't want to give you false info, I don't know which one is newer. I would think the 1r03y is because thats what mike is giving as the latest, but 1r04b logically sounds like it would be newer. I would say call/email them directly in case they don't see your question in my thread. Good luck, i'm sure it will get fixed soon, diablosport is unbelievable like that, They seem to fix every problem in minutes....

1r03y will work perfectly fine for anyone using it, I am not sure why you cant get 1r04b to load but its not needed

Hello - this is my initial install using a Windows machine. I already have problems and I haven't even made it out to my truck yet. Like the fellow before me, I also got an error code that states "The current firmware 1r03x cannot be replaced by Group_Update4". When I hit continue it states "Failed to install Group_Update.itfg". What does that mean?

Also, how can I get a custom tune for a 2013 Ram 1500 5.7L Hemi?
